Fitness Day: Locomotion

The fitness day activity this time around was the Locomotion. Even though I wasn't able to make it all the way through, I still made sure to try my hardest and complete the days task as best I could. At the end of class I was tired and sweaty then come the next day I was sore and more tired then usual which is a good thing. I'm going to make sure that I push through better next time since this time didn't go as planned.

  1. It never REALLY goes as planned so you attitude is what counts. Love that you regrouped. Listening to your body for the difference between tired/sore/uncomfortable and hurt or needing assistance.
