Today was fitness day and yet again we did an activity that would make me sore. It was okay despite myself not liking yoga in the first place. I tried so hard to hold some of those positions but it just wasn't working. My arms and legs were just not strong enough to hold myself for that long it some of them. Definitely not my best day but I tried so hard to push through and do the best I could.
I loved the effort from your crew at the front on this day… I was proud of you. You don't need to be able to do everything… in fact you are benefitting more from NOT doing them, as when you body struggles it improves itself. Keep up the attitude of trying/modifying and trying again. :)
