During fitness on Thursday we had a pond relay. I was in the walking group during this fitness because I hurt my legs previous gym day and running really hurts. I only walked around the pond twice. The system got messed up and someone else took my turn. I tried to work hard for this fitness day but there was no real way for me to work up a sweat and be tired. Hopefully next time it will be different.
You do a good job talking about how you can improve! My one suggestion would be to give us more of your strengths for the day or to talk about how you felt during the activity :)

ReplyDeleteIt's okay to have a day off here and there… especially when you are increasing the amount of fitness you are doing from normal or are injured. The tricky part is how much activity to do to help build without hurting yourself because as you grow in strength and age it changes constantly. :) Keep working at it.
